Born in Serbia and raised in Hungary, I’ve also lived in the UK and now call Spain home. I’ve spent over 20 years exploring different forms of exercise, from football and MMA to swimming and climbing.
Recently I’ve found my niche as a hybrid athlete, combining calisthenics, weights, and running.
I’ve been vegan/vegetarian for 8 years, but a year ago I reintroduced meat into my diet and even experimented with a carnivore approach. Along the way I faced gut issues including SIBO and IBS, which led me to research different diets and nutrition strategies extensively.
Today I primarily work with resistance bands, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises to help clients build strength, mobility, and endurance efficiently.
